Joint Stock Company "CLOSED NON-DIVERSIFIED VENTURE CORPORATE INVESTMENT FUND" IMPEL "was established in 2020 for a period of 15 years to finance investment projects of companies in the field of industrial production and alternative energy in Ukraine.
HISTORY OF THE FUND CREATION
The authorized capital of the fund makes UAH 6 million.
The managing company of JSC "CNDVCIF "Impel" is LLC "CAM APF "Ukrainian funds " (experience in asset management over 14 years). The fund's activities are carried out in close cooperation and with the support of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine, namely the Committee on Public-Private Partnership.
Innovative projects presented for the capital investment of potential investors have high profitability and optimal payback periods.
PJSC Bank Vostok provides consulting support to potential investors in the financial sector.
